Where is X3Web Based?

X3Web operates remotely to keep website design and email hosting affordable. Our team works remotely, allowing us to reduce overheads while still delivering high-quality websites—efficiently and cost-effectively.

An upfront payment is required, depending on the website package you choose. Once the invoice is sent, we kindly ask that payment is made to get your project underway.

Yes, we’ll take care of your email hosting. You can choose email-only hosting at £5/month, or combine it with website hosting for £8/month (excluding VAT).

If you have an E-Commerce website with X3WEB you are able to add your own products to your store. You will have full access to the back end of your website via your ClientZone. If you need help adding products, you are more than welcome to get in touch with us and we can show you step by step on how to do this. 

ClientZone gives you control over your email accounts—set up new addresses, manage passwords, and more. It also gives you access to the backend of your website, where you can make updates and view your website analytics.

Our lead time begins once you’ve completed the questionnaire and your invoice has been settled. Depending on the type of website, the turnaround time is typically between 4 to 10 days. We’ve never exceeded 10 days—unless it’s a highly specialised project.

Yes, you can make edits to your website at any time. Simply log in through your ClientZone to access the backend. We do recommend having a basic understanding of website editing before making changes.
