Terms of Service

Welcome to the Design. Sell. Scale. Academy operated by X3Web Design (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By joining or participating in the Academy, you (“the member,” “student,” or “client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership and Payments

• The Academy operates on a monthly debit membership system.

• Non-paying members will lose access to all Academy sessions, materials, and the private Discord community immediately after a missed payment.

• Once access is lost and your reserved spot is filled by a new member, your membership cannot be reinstated.

• By joining the Academy, you understand and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.

2. Limited Enrollment

• The Academy offers limited spots per intake to ensure a high-quality experience for committed members.

• Reserving a spot through payment guarantees your place in the program but also removes availability for others.

3. No Refund Policy

• All payments, including the joining fee and monthly membership fees, are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to any member without refund if these Terms of Service are violated.

4. Code of Conduct (Discord Rules)

The Academy operates in a professional learning environment on Discord. To maintain respect and productivity:

• No swearing, hate speech, or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated.

• Bullying, harassment, or personal attacks toward other members or instructors will result in an immediate ban without refund.

• No personal contact (calls, WhatsApp, or direct DMs) with Quentin Rebb for Academy-related help. All guidance, feedback, and discussions take place within Discord.

• Respect all members, their opinions, and their businesses.

• Failure to follow these rules may result in a permanent ban from the Academy without refund.

5. Personal Responsibility

• You understand that results depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, and dedication.

• The Academy is a professional mentorship program — not a get-rich-quick scheme.

• We provide training, mentorship, and systems, but your success requires hard work, discipline, and execution.

6. Refusal of Service

• We reserve the right to refuse membership or remove any individual from the Academy at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, misconduct, or lack of respect toward the community or mentors.

• In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided within the Academy — including the Design. Sell. Scale. E-Book, templates, videos, and resources — are the property of X3Web Design and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

9. Agreement

By joining the Design. Sell. Scale. Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service in full.
